You’re invited to our virtual town hall,
on Thursday 7 September at 6pm.

We know that in order to make renting fairer for Queenslanders, there needs to be the allowance for minor modifications to ensure that your rental can be safe and accessible.

For Queenslanders with disability, this might mean having safety hand rails in the bathroom, or for someone who has experienced domestic and family violence, installing security cameras in their home.

Queenslanders deserve fairer rental reforms, and this is why we are calling on the Queensland Government to commit to allowing minor modifications in the next stage of reforms.

Join our virtual town hall to hear from Tenants Queensland, Queenslanders with Disability Network, QShelter and special guests. It’s free to attend.

Guest speakers: Tenants Queensland, Queenslanders with Disability Network, QShelter plus hear from Queensland renters.
